Find peace, magic and joy via the moon!
I revisited my moon meditation when I was lucky enough to be staying at a stately home in Yorkshire. We had a park view from our bedroom and the moon spotlit the grounds like a film set.
This is what I channelled from that experience…
Dear one… wait until you get a night when the moon shines bright. On such a night you can choose to sit still under the moonlight, or go for a safe walk. Whatever you do, meditation will offer a luminous shower of hope.
For the moon illuminates one’s inner needs, dreams and lost visions. By night the soul can be without the distractions of active life.
People think the sun is the only thing that gives warmth but that is not true! The sun does give glorious heat, but the moon warms and cradles our emotions. So dip your toe into the night, via meditation and take a moon bath you wonderful creature of the night.
Yes, dear one won’t you dance and tame the untameable and bring wild instinct to that which has become bland and lukewarm? You can do this by sitting or dancing. The important thing is you surrender to the flow of the moon’s energy field.

So as you walk in the night, just as the moon energises crystals-allow it to also inspirit you.
Walk slow, fast, but safely. Dance, sit still. Whatever seems good for your moon bath at that given moment!
Stay for a short time or a while. Then write stream of consciousness which is done by paper and pen, writing for a few pages whatever come into your mind.
Now sleep dear one, be still. Nap in your being and tap into the wisdom of
