Rejuvenate your being in the country village of Glastonbury, Somerset. Yoga weekends offer the tools to refresh our being!
About this Event
Life can be busy and hectic. Weekends are for relaxing, but in this busy day and age, it is hard to find the time to do so. The pay-hard work-hard philosophy can lead to burn out. Often the person we least care about is ourselves. This way of living leaves one out of balance and open to suffering. Instead, step out of the fast lane and rejuvenate your being in the country village of Glastonbury, Somerset. Yoga weekends offer the tools to rejuvenate, refresh, and also start laying the foundations of spiritual practice that will enable us to provide you with the beginnings of a support system to help you navigate through the stresses of life.

About Me ( Janey Bowyer) 20 years ago I first discovered yoga following a health assessment where I was not able to stretch beyond my knees! I’ve never been naturally flexible and still have to work at it. The good news is I am a living proof that anyone can improve their mind and body via yoga. I’m now an experienced Hatha Flow and Kundalini yoga teacher. I teach my classes with a friendly and giving attitude where encouragement, patience and compassion help guide the students towards deepening their practice, regardless of their level. I’m good at accommodating both beginners and intermediate students. I also run www.thewordsprite.com yoga website, write for Yoga Digest and teach meditation courses online via Udemy. My children’s book is out late 2019.
